Inscription: In Old Slavonic, on the upper border: The Holy Great Martyr George the Victorious. The family saints on the borders are Boris and Gleb, identified by their descriptions.

In the upper left corner Christ blesses the scene. An angel crowns Saint George. Above on the right the king and queen look on while their daughter, the Princess Elizaba, gestures expressively as Saint George overcomes the Dragon
